For as Linda Lovelace, she achieved a sexual notoriety — thanks to a film shot in a Florida hotel room — that would overshadow the rest of her unhappy life.
GLAMOUR: [After you broke up with Dom] You were mostly dating noncelebs. Was that hard?
AMANDA SEYFRIED:: You learn very quickly what people are so enamored with, and it’s not necessarily me.
GLAMOUR: It’s just the fame?
AMANDA SEYFRIED: I think it’s all the bullshit of the idea of someone who’s famous, which seems more exotic than the fact. You have to be careful whom you date, but I had a great time this summer.
GLAMOUR: Are you going through the, how shall I say, “twenties slut” phase? [Laughs.]
AMANDA SEYFRIED: No! I’m terrified of being promiscuous. I don’t like the feeling you get when it’s not something that you truly want to do, and I hate the emotional abuse you give yourself afterward. It’s just uncomfortable when you’re with somebody and you’re like, “I don’t really know if I’m even comfortable with this. Why did I? Eww!” I think dating can come without sex.

Linda Lovelace). The movie follows her rise to fame as iconic porn star Linda Lovelace of 1972′s Deep Throat, and her subsequent transformation into feminist, anti-porn activist Linda Marchiano.
Lovelace biopic also stars Sharon Stone, Peter Sarsgaard, Juno Temple, Wes Bentley, Hank Azaria, Bobby Cannavale, Chris Noth, Robert Patrick, James Franco, Eric Roberts, Adam Brody and Demi Moore.
