Jeff Keenan and Aaron Mull launched the first burrito into space on February 18th, 2012 using a seven foot weather balloon. They captured the entire journey using a High Definition mini camera!

Mademoiselle
With nary a kiss to the hand nor tears of parting, the French government this week bids adieu to “mademoiselle.”

In a memo addressed to state administrators across France, Prime Minister François Fillon ordered the honorific — akin to “damsel” and the equivalent of “miss” — banished from official forms and registries. The use of “mademoiselle,” he wrote, made reference “without justification nor necessity” to a woman’s “matrimonial situation,” whereas “monsieur” has long signified simply “sir.”

A-Cero
One of the last projects presented by A-Cero (a Spanish company based in Madrid, which is involved in architecture and town planning) is in one of the most exclusive developments outside of Puerto Banús in Marbella, Spain. The house is located on a slope of a mountain that boasts excellent views of the Mediterranean Sea. The rectangular property is made of Roman transventilated travertine stone and strategically built so that the rooms that would be used the most are placed on the south facade in order to benefit from the best views. The property was developed in three parts.

Singing sensation Adele continued rolling in the prizes at the Brit Awards in London, but she made headlines Wednesday for something else: she gave the middle finger when she was cut off during the live broadcast. The book is published under the French publishing house Xavier Barral and there will also be an exhibition at the Parisian House of Photography from January 18th till March 25th, 2012.
